Our organic, whole pod cardamom is a product of Guatemala. It has a robustly sweet, herbal, slightly spicy aroma with hints of cinnamon. It has a complex flavor with notes of mint.
Cardamom can be used for teas, tea baths, burning, smoking, rituals, health and beauty. Cadamom is known to be associated with clarity, joy, long-life, and well-being.  It is used for fatigue, bad breath, digestive health, colds.  It is also good for the sacral chakra.
